1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClipJot ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

2. Permitted Use

ClipJot is provided free of charge for personal and professional use. You may use the Application to edit, annotate, and copy images from your clipboard. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, sell, or redistribute the Application without prior written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its source code, design, and assets, is the intellectual property of WellBe s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, reg. no. 05830931, registered in the Commercial register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 98394 ("the Developer"). The Flexoki color scheme is used under its open license and credited to Steph Ango.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

6. Email Subscription

If you subscribe to ClipJot product updates, you agree to receive occasional emails about new features and releases. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. European Union Users

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident, which cannot be excluded by these Terms.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
